    Good location.

The owner was very impolite. The "bathroom", if I can call it like that, was the smallest I have ever seen: wc, shower (above wc) and sink everything in 1mx1m. The "bathroom" was not private (as the description),the hosts were using it too. We were charged with a high price for a public free-of-charge place of parking in front of the building. Internet didn't work. We didn't feel good at all in this apartment, especially because of the attitude of the owner. Very dissapointed, price way too high for the conditions that we have discovered.

    - the rooms are Ok and clean - situated in walking distance: 5 mins from Old City (Diocletian Palace), and 7 mins from the Blue Flag beach of Split - supermarket is very close to the main entrance - very close to the port and train station (aprox 10 mins walking) - parking available on request (parking is a challenge in the old city streets)

    - a parking reservation is required, but no price is listed - this allows the owners to over-charge (50 kuna per day in off season resulting in 100 kuna for 1 night accommodation). The reserved parking place is a on the side of the road, next to the fence of a dedicated toll parking area. - the room is built for very tall persons. it's true that i am petite, but i could not reach the mirror over the bathroom sink, nor the clothes' peg on the back of the room's door. - the hallway was smelling of sausages, and cooked food when we arrived. - the neighborhood is a bit creepy by night (bikers bar right next to the entrance)

The apartment has been recently renovated, for the price, was everything you needed. We had the double room which included a table, 2 chairs, a lounge chair, wardrobes and very clean bathroom. Location is very close to the port, bus and train station and beach and Old Town are also within walking distance. This is no exaggeration. Friendly people who were very willing to help out with whatever you needed.

One silly thing, room could have small tv, but its not a big deal.

Good location. Wifi. Clean. Friendly owner. Ac good.

Not an apartment. Best described as a home stay. Very small room 2 single beds, 2 chairs & small table. Smallest bathroom we have ever seen, about 1m x 1 M. Down a hallway past the owners kitchen. Hand shower over toilet, tiny basin

    The location is amazing.

Considering what they are charging, it is basically a hostel that costs as much as a hotel.

It was close to the bus, train and ferry service from Split. The owners were there to greet us and take our luggage into the room. Speak verly little English, but sign language does wonders...............Walking distance to everywhere, ground floor.

Very clean rooms and bathroom. Nice owners and perfect location!

When I booked, I thought it was a hotel. But actually it was a sort of a bed and breakfast, but without breakfast ;)

It was in a great location and the hostess was lovely providing us with maps of the area etc. She also got up to make us coffee before an early morning flight which was much appreciated!

We got the same room like on the photo; clean, comfortable & nice. The people are friendly and helpful; we have had everything we needed. Location is perfect, ca 5 minute walking distance from the beach, from the city centre & from the train station. Supermarket & restaurants in the same street. Thank you :-)

Everything was perfect! We got a nice surprise and were met at the bus station by the owner with our name on a card. I would hate to think how long he had waited for us because we had to wait for an hour at the airport for the bus to go! From there he walked us to his home which only took 4 minutes from the bus stop. (This is also where the trains are and the main port. The room is also only a 2 minute walk from the Old Town/promenade area, so convenient!) Our room was perfectly clean, cool and quiet as it is set back off the road. (Has a/c too but we didn't need to use it.) The bed was really comfy with proper sheets and pillows and the windows had wooden shutters so it was nice and dark at night for sleeping. Staff (the family who own it) were very friendly and made as tea/coffee and gave us a map and explained where things were. Lovely place, one of the best places we stayed in all of Europe. It's very personal, a room with en suite in the downstairs of their family home, but you have your own privacy and can come and go whenever you like. Highly recommend!

Very friendly hosts, spotless room, conveniently located for Split Old Town.

New little room. Not big but everything you need and expect for the price. The place is very near to the harbour and to the palace. There are a lot of restaurants nearby which are good and cheap as well.

The room is not big but it is okay for the price. The owner (elder woman) speks only a little English but it is enough to clarify the basic things. No real contra in my eyes.

Staff was really friendly. Location was perfect. About 5 minutes’ walk from Bus terminal and Palace. Supermarket was really close. Our room was small but clean. I could use wifi without problem in the room. Breakfast was not included but staff asked if we want a cup of coffee or milk in the morning. I realized after our stay but hotel kindly sent us an email with detail information of the hotel few days before our staying. It was really nice.

I couldn’t use English well. Owner can speak English but she was not there when we stayed. We didn’t like the bathroom. It was too small to put a shower, a toilet and a washstand all together. And the big keyhole was not good for privacy. Staff was really nice, and cost performance was really good for the location, but for such reasons we don’t want to stay here again. Maybe good accommodation for backpackers.
